- As he tracks Bond, Bourne traces muddied US/Afghan history and ramifications of being an aging super-spy. He’s hunting who he supposed to have been.
- We open on Bourne, back in an office, mothballed and whispered about (Clooney in Syriana?) but not seeing action.
- No longer able to fight his way out of everything, maybe Bourne recruits a heavy (Garcia in Untouchables?) or chooses to Colombo it a bit when a stealth tactic serves.
- The JB’s is the stupid working title. But Every once and a while some one says of these guys “He used to be a JB” or some such phrase.
